Judge Michael Dean granted a motion filed by the City of Booneville related to a claim by Danny Marshall alleging the City has interfered with his business operations. During the Court hearing, Judge Dean indicated that Mr. Marshall could not bring a claim for damages against the City for tortious interference. This follows Judge Dean’s decision in 2021 that Mr. Marshall was operating a mobile home community in violation of state law.
