In a heartwarming gesture of support for his hometown, Congressman Hal Rogers facilitated the delivery of new books to the Wayne County Library in Monticello, Kentucky. The library had suffered a devastating flood last Christmas Eve, resulting in the damage of over 3,000 books due to a burst main water line.

Congressman Rogers, a Wayne County native, expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to contribute to the community's recovery. He reached out to the Library of Congress, which generously provided a special Christmas delivery of books to replace those that were lost.
