City of Cumberland issued the following announcement on Nov. 27
PUBLIC NOTICE
The Cumberland Mayor and City Council will meet on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at 3:45 p.m. in open work session in the second floor conference room of City Hall. An agenda is attached.
The Mayor and City Council will close the open work session for an executive session at approximately 5:30 p.m. to receive legal advice regarding changes to the proposed Ordinance related to Parades and Special Events, and to discuss proposals for the development of the East Side School site, pursuant to Section 3-305 (b) (7) and (4) of the General Provisions Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland.
Beginning at 6:15 p.m., the Mayor and Council will hold their regularly scheduled public meeting in the City Hall Council Chambers. A copy of the agenda is attached.
