City of Pineville issued the following announcement on Nov. 13
Jacob Roan accepted the Innovative Community of the Year Award on behalf of Mayor Scott Madon, the City of Pineville, Main Street Pineville and himself. The award is presented by Friends of Boone Trace, Inc. We enjoy working with the organization and look forward to future projects with them as we restore the Boone Trace in one of the highest points of interest--the Cumberland Ford. Thank you to Dr. John Fox for the recognition!
